The establishment’s aims and objectives.

Green Lanes Clinic’s primary objective is to provide private high quality and safe primary healthcare and cosmetic services to patients who are not eligible for NHS provided services or who wish to opt privately for their healthcare. It aims to do this by ensuring it has the necessary statutorily met environment and working systems in place including the following:

  • The clinic offers general GP services, medical and some surgical cosmetic services and circumcision (including some other minor surgery operations).
  • The Clinic will ensure it has an ongoing clinical governance programme in place which analyses Information collected from audit, incident reporting, complaints, risk assessments, and reflective practice meetings. Training will be provided for staff on standard operating procedures (e.g. infection control, aseptic technique, patient confidentiality, quality assurance etc)
  • Patient services provided within the clinic which is at ground floor level and are accessed from the main reception area.
  • The clinic consists of a Main Reception with access to a disabled toilet, baby changing facility, a consultation room, treatment room (including clean and dirty utility rooms and bin store).
  • The Clinic has good access being situated on a main road and is easily accessible by car and via all transport links (see Contact Us). There is unrestricted parking on the road outside the clinic.

Dr Erdinc Havutcu MD MRCOG
Having graduated from Aegean University, medical faculty, Izmir-Turkey in 1989, Dr Havutcu has been practicing medicine in England since 1992. He worked in obstetrics and gynaecology for a long time, and obtained membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1998.

Since 2001, he has been working in general practice. He was granted the Certificate of Equivalent Experience by the Joint Committee on Postgraduate Training for General Practice in 2002.
He has set up his private clinic Green Lanes Clinic in 2004, and has dealt with general practice problems, women’s health, and performed thousands of male circumcisions for all ages as well as other minor surgical procedures.
